A Gold Card is given to you when you have made your child’s final tuition payment for the year, and paid the costume fees (by April 9th) for your child’s performance in Dance Festival 2016. In order to purchase tickets for Dance Festival 2016, you must mail your Gold Card along with your ticket order and payment. The Gold Card will be returned to you with your tickets, so that you can send it along with your child’s registration for classes, beginning in September 2016 at Coupé. Gold Cards are now available at the desk.

Ticket order forms have been mailed to families of registered students, and can also be downloaded here. Please read the details carefully. Orders must be postmarked on or after April 7, 2016, so that your order can be promptly processed. Orders received before this date will be returned.

Rehearsal schedules for all performances of Festival 2016 will be posted on the callboard, emailed to you in an e-newsletter and posted on this website. (Check back for updates.)  Each class will be assigned a rehearsal time slot between 4:00 and 10:00 p.m. for their rehearsal. Dress rehearsals will take place at North Rockland High School. ALL Performances (1-10) will be at North Rockland High School May 20th, May 21st & May 22nd.

A professional photographer is scheduled to photograph students at dress rehearsals. If you choose to have your child photographed in his or her costume at theclass dress rehearsal, completed forms and payment (cash or check) must be submitted to thephoto desk in the auditorium at dress rehearsal. Forms will be distributed in class.

Please Note: No one is permitted to take personal photographs outside the auditorium, as this distracts students, and causes delays in the photography process.
